By contrast to the Beaune Sizies this is a more serious wine to lay down, fermented with 30 % whole bunches. Really good intense, clear and complex fruit, a concentrated wine, notes of dark berries, sweet spices and autumn fruit supported by a smooth mouth-coating texture.
