From the higher part of the Perrières vineyard, so particularly mineral even for Perrières. Aged in 20% new oak barriques, so there is minimal oak influence on the flavour of this wine. Due to the size of the crop we were not able to taste this cuvée.

The 2021 Meursault Les Perrières 1er Cru has a superb bouquet with wonderful mineralité that clearly defines the climat. The palate is very well balanced, linear and tensile, elegant and poised towards the finish with a touch of lemon sherbet on the aftertaste. Very classy.
