Much more backward than the Pruliers, fuller and bolder too, flavours of cocoa, black cherry and bramble. Am important structure but silky in texture, very suave and corpulent. Boudots, well situated next to Vosne Romanee Malconsorts, produces some of the bigger, richer and broader style of Nuits whilst keeping a silky texture.
