Vosne-Romanée, Les Suchots, 1er Cru, 2011

A classic. Stunningly ripe, svelte, suave yet fresh. Floral, sensual, alluring and seductive flavours of wild strawberry, flowers, raspberry and cherry blossom with hints of damson. The texture is sublimely silky and the length of flavour enormous. Quite brilliant, this is certainly nudging Grand Cru quality.
