The 2020 Soave Classico Contrada Salvarenza Vecchie Vigne opens slowly with a beautiful and nuanced bouquet that blends white flowers with young peach, hints of candied lime and sweet smoke. It’s silky and perfumed with a lovely inner sweetness contrasting saline minerals and lime-tinged orchard fruits. This tapers off with incredible length yet is poised, leaving spicy citrus and sweet herbal tones to resonate. The 2020 remains in a youthfully backward phase, yet it's developing beautifully with time in the bottle.
