Aromatic, vivid red cherry fruit with touches of cherry blossom and spice. Ripe and with a certain substance as well as offering clarity of flavour and refinement. A very stylish Gevrey 1er Cru. Situated just under Chapelle Chambertin, where the soils are typically ‘Gevrey’ and clay dominated.
