
Grenache-Syrah, 2023
A blend of roughly three quarters Grenache (74%) and a quarter Syrah (26%) the 2023 Kottabos Red has a darker fruited feel than the 2022 had with a sappy, tannic twist and salty grip on the finish. The Grenache is fermented with whole clusters and aged in concrete the Syrah is destemmed and aged in used oak. Snappy, bright and drinkable, it was bottled after 9 months to preserve its energy.
