Classic in style and very “Tribut” in style but a less uncompromising than the linear villages. There is density, body and flesh here filling out the citrus and mineral notes. Amples but with crisp acidity, notes of butter, citrus zest and stones.

The 2017 Chablis Beauroy 1er Cru has a very refined bouquet with yellow flowers, a hint of quince and a touch of oyster shell percolating through with aeration. The palate is well balanced with a fine bead of acidity, crisp and taut with a tang saline finish that brims over with energy. Classic Chablis from start to finish.
