    The middle fillet of the Domaine de la Butte vineyard produces Mi-Pente, a Bourgeuil of considerable power and depth. This is a wine that always needs a few years to open up and the 2015 is no exception. Burly flavours of dark fruit are splintered with greener cacao notes, spice and the verdant green of crushed fresh blackcurrant leaves.
