Some trendy savoury notes and wild herbs add an extra dimension, and within a few minutes deftly mineral, spicy notes emerge on the finish. Overall, a wine that navigates the sumptuous rich complexity of the Schlossberg GG and the fine, fresh accessibility of a blend. There is lots to love here. Raised in 20% new oak.
