Bouvet-Ladubay

Established in 1851, Bouvet-Ladubay is one of the Loire Valley’s most historic and highly regarded sparkling wine houses. Based in Saumur, this family-founded estate has built a reputation for crafting refined, méthode traditionnelle sparkling wines that offer exceptional value and elegance.

The house specialises in Crémant de Loire, working primarily with Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc. Every cuvée is produced using the traditional method, with the second fermentation taking place in bottle, mirroring the approach used in Champagne.
