From kimmeridgean clay soils around Prehy and Courgis and you can taste it – a savoury minerality compliments the fruit here, reticent stony and tight-knit. The minerals are well covered too by yellow plum fruit, encircled by a citrus freshness. The finish is taut, clean and salty. A beautifully-executed wine that offers a fine balance between Chablisienne classicism and something more exotic and fruity.
