Cabernet dominant in character, majoring on cassis, fennel and blueberry, chocolate, cocoa bean, with velvety tannins. It's a lovely wine, with a kick of spice, but the drought of the season is more apparaent with Epu than with Almaviva, expect just a trace of heat on the opening.
