This is on the richer side of Spatlese but is still largely made with clean, healthy grapes rather than botrytised ones, so the flavours are very vivid and precise despite the ripeness levels. Intense golden fruit flavours of mirabelle, plum, orange blossom, acacia honey, creamy-textured, floral and so seductive. Wonderful.
