Marmajuelo

A rare, high acid variety with a notable aromatic profile and full in body. Simply due to the tiny amount in production; a mere 24 hectares as of 2008, it is primarily used as a blending variety, almost exclusively in the Canary Islands. Ref. Wine Grapes, Robinson, Harding and Vouillamoz. Ed. 2012.
