Fruity yet incredibly flinty with a sharp cut of pineapple and fresh mango, the Helden GK is intense but somehow so nimble and filigreed that the lasting impression is one of pure succulent fruits and just the most delicate droplets of lemon sugar and marmalade. Produced with 20-25% botrytis.

The 2023 Riesling Lieserer Niederberg Helden Auslese Goldkapsel was made with around 20-25% botrytized fruit. The nose features Mirabelle jelly edged with bright lemon zest. The palate holds candied lemon peel and more Mirabelle jelly, smooth, bright, fresh and beautifully sweet. Fluidity and slight viscosity underline how compact, slender and bright this is. The finish rings long with Mirabelle and lemon purity.
