Brauneberger Juffer Sonnenuhr, Riesling, Auslese, 2023

Exquisitely open and silky with a fine floral and honeyed feel, underpinned by quince, white-fleshed fruits and hedgerow, there is a seamless fluidity to this Auslese. In fact, the grapes in Juffer Sonnenuhr were so juicy that they put it all up to Auslese and skipped bottling a Spätlese this year.
