Tasting Note:

A racy and tense Bonneau du Martray Corton with fresh notes of lime juice and salt crystals with some underlying nutty richness. Adolescent as you would expect at this stage from tank, crispy and with a tannic edge to the ripe fruit, but all the elements are there to suggest an excellent Corton-Charlemagne. Aged in a third new oak.
