It is now 25 years since we introduced our Justerini & Brooks 250th Anniversary Cuvée Champagne, and its popularity remains undimmed! Produced for us by a proper family operation in the Aube, from pure Pinot Noir, it is an intentional nod to our love for, and long history with Burgundy. A hugely satisfying glass of Champagne, it revels in lip-smacking golden fruit and bright red berries with a toasty, biscuity bite that adds a very grown up level of satisfaction. If the unknown, discounted Champagnes of the world leave you reaching for the antacid pills, unable to stomach more than a glass, that’s probably because what you are drinking was produced from the press wine of underripe grapes, sold sur latte and released after the bare minimum 15 months of ageing.
