Tasting Note:

Clearly riper and more powerful than the regular Barolo. Sweetly scented open fruit - lively red berry and cherry fruit with a gripping classic edge to it without being too austere. Crisp, crunchy but ripe and with good intensity. The Bricco Fiasco is a relatively sandy plot at the top of the Fiasco hill in Castiglione Falletto, planted with 70-year-old vines. This sandy soil gives incredibly aromatic and fruity characteristics to the wine. Since 2016 the wine has been aged exclusively in large oak botti, for two years.
