Tasting Note:

The first impression how complex this is, given that 2021 is on paper a “light” vintage. “People will compare 2021 to 2013 but we had better ripeness in 2021 and the mouthfeel is more sophisticated.” Dark fruits with notes of currants, licorice, black cherry and bramble. Half Aged in oak barriques for a year, 30% of which are new, and half in tank.
