Tasting Note:

It’s hard to believe it but in 2019 they only managed to crop 300g of fruit per vine. Nevertheless, what little was produced is stunning, with notes of rose petal and Turkish delight, dark cherry and a hint of wood spice at the back. 24% new oak and 21% 2016 barrels. It evolves so much in the glass and its structure is tightly wound, never loose, a wine that can be laid down with confidence. 2019 is the culmination of the smallest crop in decades.
