A sublime mix of texture, refinement and complexity, such a stylish Chablis. Sensual but poised. Melt in the mouth and with a luxurious feel yet there is tremendous vibrancy, too - the palate echoes with a refined minerality and pin-point freshness coming from ripe sicilan lemon fruit. Sublime. A later bottling of Butteaux aged for 34 months, a year of which is in used fut, the rest in steel tanks.
