Tasting Note:

Only the second vintage produced, the Paulinshofberg is a southeast facing vineyard neighbouring the Juffer. The soils are weathered slate with a higher proportion of clay in the subsoil. The wine opens with cool limey green fruit, salty apples and lavender. Concentrated and textural on the palate but so refined. Smooth fruited and suave.
