Brauneberger Juffer Sonnenuhr, Riesling, Auslese, Goldkap, F12, 2016

An incredibly strict selection of the purest botrytis and most gloriously ripened grapes from Juffer Sonnenuhr has resulted in a tiny cuvee of Fuder 12, made up of over 50% botrytised grapes. Super fine, with slick slate notes, fresh ripe apricots, honeyed peaches, candied herbs and a delicate saline minerality - this isn't a noisy, shouty wine, rather it is a wine of ultimate finesse and pure elegance.
