    The 2014 Chianti Classico Baron'Ugo still has plenty of body, but the aromatics are now in the tertiary realm. It's hard to know if that is a reflection of how the wine has aged or perhaps some less than perfect barrels in the cellar. Either way, the balance here is precarious. Any remaining bottles need to be finished. Worn-in leather, game and dried out fruit are all typical of a wine that is fully mature.
