The 2021 Ignios Origenes Listan Negro V. S. was produced with the grapes from the same vineyard as always on red clay soils. It fermented with 100% full clusters and had a long 30-day maceration, and it matured in oak foudre for one year. It has a bright ruby color and a very expressive nose, aromatic with notes of dry rose petals, talcum powder and with a spicy twist, ashy and very volcanic, with notes of wet pumice stone. The clay gives it a gentle profile, with finesse, very round tannins and a medium-bodied palate with a moderate 12.5% alcohol. He bottled 1,104 bottles from the one 1,500-liter oak foudre.
