The Vosne of Chassagne, so fine and silky. Unique flavours of peach skin, nectarine, strawberries and raspberries glide seamlessly across the palate. Ravishing. Fermented with whole berries that Thierry Pillot painstakingly cuts off the bunches by hand. A vineyard with a great reputation for making red wine, this stunning Clos has poorer soils than many of the other, more clay dominated vineyards in Chassagne such as Morgeot, and the result is wine of greater finesse.
