Nuits St Georges, Les Chaignots, 1er Cru, 2012

Tasting Note:

Sweet, velvety soft and seductive. Stunning fruit blossom and scented dark and red berry flavours. There is more strength evident here than most vintages of Chaignots, though it still maintains its hallmark fine shape and suave texture. A Nuits Premier Cru vineyard on the Vosne side of the appellation and thus usually one of the silkier wines of the Chevillon cellar.
