Quinta de Roriz, Vintage Port, 2000

One of the oldest Quintas in the Douro, Roriz is one of the few to ferment its ports in traditional stone Lagares. A laborious 12 hours of treading helped produce this opaque, dense wine that is packed with hedgerow fruit flavours, complex mineral notes and firm ripe tannins.
