Aromatic with ripe cherry, herbs and a little more depth than the Bourgogne. The texture is pure silk, with a supple flex to the tannins and innate glowing freshness. The aromatic quality spreads across the palate in a waft of floral cherry scented fruit. This cuvée has never been finer. 50% whole bunch. From vines next to Les Prarons.
