Tasting Note:

Like a mini Chassagne from the top of the slope. Structured, stony and minerally there is a nice backbone of austerity running through the
butter, roasted nut and citrus character. Powerful but crisp and with great zing. Fermentation and élevage take place in 350L barrels, with no
battonage, for 18 months. This comes from the higher part of the Fussière vineyard where the poor soil is well suited to producing white wines.
