Being from a high, limestone-based vineyard, inevitably this shows an intense rocky, mineral characteristic, which makes this lively
and moreish rather than austere. The quality of the tannins is superb. Velvety and suave, this oozes notes of dark and red berry, cherry and dry stone. Brilliant. Just 25% new oak and with 15% whole bunch fermentation that gives this such texture and appeal.
