Vosne Romanée, Aux Malconsorts Christianne, 1er Cru, 2017

1 case
Equiv. £507.50 per bottle

Tasting Note:

Dense, dark but very creamy. A totally different kettle-of-fish to De Montille’s other Malconsorts. Richer, darker and with complex spiciness. Certainly more depth but there is also sufficient lift to counteract the power. Less obvious initially, but the flavours of Asian spice, bramble and loganberry build with air. Aged in a little more new oak than the classic Malconsorts and fermented with 100% whole bunches.
