A very fresh berry fruit nose. As full and hearty as you would expect from Baudes on the palate, chunky berry and damson fruit with a hint
spice and forest floor. Structured, too, but with real cut and liveliness to it. Crunchy and gripping without being austere. One of the most successful Baudes Drouhin have made. 35% whole bunch fermentation and picked on the 8th September.
