Richer and smoother than the Passetoutgrain but still retaining a similar savoury element and tang. Creamy, but fresh, bramble and summer pudding flavours sweep through the palate, finishing on a damson note. Open, lush and sensual with a clean and clear finish. Everything you’d want from a Bourgogne, and more. Two thirds of this comes from the Vougeot commune and one third Morey St Denis. Aged in one and two-year-old barrels.
