Tasting Note:

The nose is fantastic. Wonderful purity here, like a quartzite stone, it sparkles and shimmers. On the palate, an arrestingly pure peach note makes this pretty much irresistible today, such a gorgeous wash of open, charming fresh stone fruit with a core of something a little more like red apple and slate. Total charmer. Just above a Trocken level of residual sugar and bottled at 11.5% alcohol.
