Tasting Note:

2021 is the fourth vintage of this wine and is produced from 67% Grenache and 33% Syrah. The Grenache is 100% whole bunch fermented and raised in cement while the Syrah is destemmed and aged in oak for approximately 9-10 months. Lighter styled, succulently fruited and fresh, it can be lightly chilled but has more substance and intensity than a pale Cinsault, for example. Turkish delight, rose petals and strawberries, fresh red cherries, the nose is all charm while the palate follows up with more pronounced Syrah influences of black pepper and salt.
