Tasting Note:

A deliciously savoury, complex, wild fermentation brushed aroma, salty slate and red apples, plus wild herbs, iron and wildflowers. A wonderful sense of mouth space pervades this, for while it is intense and starkly mineral across the mid palate, it also floats, airborne, weightless. Subtle, and extremely good, the intermingling of iron like minerality and luminous yet sauvage fruit in a super elegant package is startling. Very much in the mould of its grander sibling Fruhlingsplatzchen and a great value alternative.
