Châteauneuf du Pape, Roussanne V.V., 2017

Tasting Note:

Typically deep and characterful. Layer upon layer of flavour. A particularly silky and voluptuous wine even by its own standards. Packed with rich, honeyed stone fruit with strong melted butter and roasted almond overtones. A full on Vieilles Vignes. A wine that the Perrins recommend you drink either within the first 5 years or after 15 years, the wine habitually goes through an awkward phase in between.
