Tasting Note:

Here complex stony notes are fused with notes of grapefruit, pomelo, lemon and bergamot, and beyond that honeysuckle, very fine salt, and fine extract. Complex and textured with a zip wire of acidity through the core. Long and very impressive. Fruit for this cuvee comes from the central fillet of the great Schlossberg, a section that habitually produces the most serious dry Riesling in the Weinbach range.
