Tasting Note:

Coming as ever from the upper reaches of the great Schlossberg vineyard where the soil is poor and the vines are planted almost directly into the granite, this is a Grand Cru that unsurprisingly features a highly complex mineral component, all granite and rock, then taut lemon and white flowers, finely etched and delicate with no fat at all, just a slight bite from the rocky extract. 40-50 year old vines.
