Tasting Note:

More shoulders and meat than the Clos de Chêne which it carries incredibly well, still offering great finesse. Wonderful ripe cherry and griotte flavours enrobe the palate, notes of bramble and damson too, overlaying deep-pitched notes of earth, truffle and undergrowth, finishing back on fruit and exquisite aromatics.
